Chenin Blanc

This wine pairs well with shellfish, spicy dishes, lean fish, and mild, soft cheeses.

The winemaking process involves a blend of skin-contact durations: some juice remains on the skins for 8 days to impart body, colour, and tannin, while the rest undergoes overnight skin contact to retain fresh fruit characteristics. The wine is fermented in tanks.
