Lerato Motshologane is a Deal Maker at Investec Group, also known as Investec Business, responsible for negotiating and executing complex financial transactions. She is also the founder of Discover Wines, a wine-related venture. Motshologane has a background in banking and a passion for wine, leading her to explore the integration of both. She holds a BCom degree in Economics and a BCom Honours degree in Financial Analysis and Portfolio Management from the University of Cape Town.
