After a decorated career as a sommelier the entrepreneurial itch needed to be scratched and Barry set out to create several sommelier focused wine related business ventures. Today he heads up the team at Somm & Co. with their tasting room in the Polkadraai Hills, consults on all things wine, and is said to be the only man who knows the whereabouts of the real Smokkelman.
