Distilled from Springfield Life from Stone Sauvignon Blanc pressed grapes in 2015. Displays very clearly the mineralic, fresh and grassy character of Springfield’s Life from Stone. Intense orchard fruit. Velvety on palate to long mineral finish.

The aroma is typically fresh and lively, echoing the grape varietal's characteristics with floral and fruity notes.
Palate:
On the palate, this Grappa exhibits a smooth texture with underlying complexity, featuring flavours that might remind one of the crispness of Sauvignon Blanc—usually hints of green fruits and a clean finish.

It concludes with a clean and lasting finish, carrying subtle fruit and possibly floral undertones that linger pleasantly.
