Marc (Grappa) de Cabernet Sauvignon. Double-distilled from fermented Cabernet Sauvignon pomace in 2015 and then aged for 8 years at cask strength in an ex-red wine French barrel. Herbal chocolate and red berries aroma with well-integrated wood. Extremely smooth, with a warm and lingering finish. 40% Alc.
Nose:
It features a rich and aromatic nose, where the deep fruity essences of the Cabernet Sauvignon grape are prominent, complemented by subtle woody notes from the extended barrel aging.
Palate:
The palate is complex and well-rounded, delivering a harmonious blend of ripe fruit flavours, oak, and a hint of spice that adds depth and richness to the taste.
