Cabernet Sauvignon Grappa

The grappa presents a deep and aromatic profile, echoing the characteristics of the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Expect bold, fruity aromas that might remind you of dark berries mixed with a hint of herbal nuances typical of the varietal.

On the palate, this grappa is rich and engaging, featuring complex notes derived from the grape skins. The taste is likely to have a solid yet pleasantly soft tannin structure, which complements the overall flavour complexity.

The finish of this grappa should be persistent, leaving a lasting impression of spice and a subtle herbal aftertaste, a reflection of its well-defined distillation process.
