Tequila Reposado

The aromas of Cabrito Reposado are rich and inviting, with a dominant presence of cooked agave accompanied by hints of oak and citrus. Subtle notes of dark ripe berries and black pepper add complexity to the bouquet.

The flavour profile is marked by a good balance of sweet and sour elements, enhanced by the earthy undertones of agave. The tequila presents a slightly oily texture, which is somewhat unexpected for its price point, making it a pleasant surprise for many tequila enthusiasts. Liquorice and mint notes are also detectable, providing a unique twist to its taste.

Cabrito Reposado finishes medium to long with continuing flavours of cooked agave and a pleasant earthiness, alongside a refreshing hint of orange that persists after each sip.

The Cabrito distillery was established in 1890 in Arandas, Jalisco, Mexico. Casa Centinela was founded in 1904 by the Torres Perez Vargas family. Casa Centinela have been producing Tequila at the Hacienda El Centinela on the outskirts of the town of Arandas, in the highlands of Jalisco, since 1904. The company we know today is the result of a visionary man, Don Jose de Jesus Hernandez. His inspirational zeal for perfection resulted in a range of distinctive tasting tequilas that are a renowned part of La Familia Centinela.
