YS Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot

The Yardstick YS Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot pairs perfectly with grilled red meats, hearty stews, or aged hard cheeses. It represents the reliable quality that fans expect from the Yardstick label.

Fruit is sourced from selected Stellenbosch vineyards, benefiting from the region’s combination of warm days and cooling maritime influences from False Bay. These conditions allow Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot to develop ripe tannins while maintaining freshness.

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Matured in oak barrels for several months to integrate tannins and add complexity.
