Vigne d’Or – Golden Vine – is the original name of our farm and echoes our philosophy to craft distinctive wines from treasured vines. The wines in this range are crafted to truly celebrate our home, Franschhoek, particularly in our Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc which are harvested from our estate. Crafted to be exceptional and delectable – each vintage showcasing the best characteristics of the carefully selected vines.
Description
Vibrant in appearance with a light green hue, this is classic Franschhoek Sauvignon Blanc. Delicate notes of lime cordial and freshly mown hay are found on the nose whilst the beautifully balanced palate marries riper tropical fruit flavours with vibrant acidity and creamy texture from nine months maturation on lees.
