The grapes for this wine are hand-picked from selected vineyard blocks at Vergelegen, particularly from higher altitude sites on Schaapenberg. These vineyards benefit from cool ocean breezes, helping to preserve the fruit’s freshness and acidity.

The 2023 vintage was fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain its fresh, aromatic profile. Each parcel of grapes was vinified separately to capture the unique characteristics of different blocks, followed by careful blending​.
