Terroir forms the basis of the whole Villion wine range. Villion Family Wines does not limit itself to use fruit only from a specific ward, but uses the strengths of fruit from different wards within the Cape South Coast region. These cool climate, handcrafted wines are made using environmentally friendly and traditional methods which include spontaneous and open top fermentations as well as limited yields and high-altitude sites.
