Sauvignon Blanc

The Under Oaks Sauvignon Blanc is the perfect wine to enjoy at the beach with grilled prawns, or enjoy a chilled glass with good friends and a lovely sunset. Delicious when enjoyed immediately but has the potential to age for a couple of years.

All the vines are trellised. Grapes were hand-picked between late January and early March, and then taken to the cellar in lug boxes
