Perfect for light fare: sashimi, grilled prawns, Mediterranean salads, BBQ chicken/vegetable skewers, as well as charcuterie and fresh cheeses.

Produced in the AOP Côtes de Provence on 46 ha of organically transitioning vineyards on the slopes of the Massif des Maures near La Garde-Freinet. The region enjoys Mediterranean breezes and mineral-rich clay/limestone soils.

Tank-aged on lees (‘stabulation’) for several months pre-blending; no oak is used.

A blend of 30%–35% Cinsault, 30%–45% Grenache Noir, 15%–30% Syrah, and about 10% Rolle (Vermentino). Grapes are harvested early, fermented at controlled temperatures (~16–18 °C), with some lees contact (“stabulation”) to develop texture. Vinified and rested in stainless steel only.
