Rosé 3l

The Ultimate Provence Rosé 2020 pairs wonderfully with grilled chicken, salmon burgers, charcuterie, and creamy cheeses. Its versatility also makes it an excellent match for sushi, grilled fish, and light salads.

The grapes are sourced from vineyards in the Côtes de Provence, where the Mediterranean climate enhances the ripening of the fruit. The blend is composed of Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, and Rolle, selected from carefully managed plots.

This rosé undergoes short aging on its lees to enhance its aromatic profile, though it is crafted for early enjoyment rather than long-term cellaring.

After hand-harvesting, the grapes undergo a meticulous winemaking process. Fermentation occurs at controlled temperatures (16-18°C) to preserve the delicate fruit flavors, followed by short aging on the lees to add complexity to the wine.
