Description
With fresh and soft acidity, the palate of this harmonious Sauvignon Blanc is complex, balancing the typical character of fresh cut grass and green herbs with the ripe tropical fruit notes of peach and apricot. It delivers a generous, full nose layered with citrus, pineapple and peach combined with a subtle level of minerality. It has a well-rounded mouthfeel and a smooth, lingering finish.
Food Pairing
For starters enjoy with freshly shucked oysters or gazpacho. Also delicious with fish on the coals - Cape Salmon or yellowtail, grilled garlic prawns, pasta primavera, Japanese, Thai and Vietnamese dishes. And end with goat’s cheese or even a passion fruit and mango pavlova
