Crafted from three unique sites – one up at 500m above sea-level on an iconic “First Growth” Stellenbosch estate on decomposed granitic soils & Clone 11/ Weerstasie; another within earshot of False Bay combining two clones of Sauvignon and prime vines rooted in iron stone rich decomposed granitic soils; with the final site originating from seriously cool climate Elgin grown in clay rich Bokkeveld shales and sandstone soils.

Hand harvested, gently pressed & cold fermented in Inox. Bottled just after fermentation with light filtering.
