Description
Clean and fresh tropical fruit flavours like papaya, spanspek with hints of canned litchi. The salty character extends to the palette, typically a result of the skin ferment. Loads of tropical character mainly papaya with a well rounded smooth lingering finish.

Fried zucchini, asparagus risotto, and Greek pasta salad.
