Terra Linda
Terra Linda is a cooperative-style winery based in La Mancha—Spain’s largest Denominación de Origen Protegida (DOP), covering central Castile-La Mancha, with vineyards situated around 800 m above sea level under a continental Mediterranean climate. Founded in the 1960s by local growers, it has expanded to nearly 300 contributing families who deliver their fruit for winemaking.
Description
Elegant and intense, it offers aromas and flavours of mature red and black fruits (cherry, fig), layered with spice, vanilla, and well-integrated oak. The palate is silky, round and balanced, with a long and pleasing finish.
Food Pairing
Pairs beautifully with hearty dishes—red meats such as veal chops or Iberian ham—as well as game dishes like venison or rabbit. Its spicy-chocolate nuance also complements rich, slow-cooked meals.
