In large oak casks for 18 months minimum before bottling.

Clusters are hand-selected in the vineyard and in the cellar; de-stemmed, crushed and put into concrete vats for 3 to 4 week to ferment thanks to indigenous yeasts.

Domaine Tempier is a historic family-owned winery located in the Bandol appellation of Provence, southern France. Established in 1834 by the Tempier family, the estate gained prominence under Léonie Tempier, who won a gold medal for her Mourvèdre-dominant red wine in 1885. The domaine further flourished when Lucien Peyraud married Lucie Tempier in 1936, leading to significant contributions to the establishment of the Bandol appellation in 1941.
