Red Blend

The fresh acidity and savory elements make it a versatile pairing with Mediterranean dishes, grilled meats, or simply enjoyed on its own.

The blend is primarily composed of Cinsault and Grenache, with a small portion of Tinta Barocca. The Cinsault and Grenache are grown in well-drained granite soils, while the Tinta Barocca comes from clay-rich soils in Swartland. The vines are dry-farmed, allowing the grapes to fully express their terroir​.

Aged for 11 months in old oak foudre, this wine can be enjoyed now but also has the potential to develop further over the next 3 to 5 years.

The grapes are co-fermented using native yeasts, followed by aging in large old oak foudre for 11 months. This approach allows the wine to retain its freshness while developing complexity from the oak.
