Description
This is a delicate wine with natural purity and elegance. It is unbelievably drinkable thanks to Cinsault and Grenache contributing to almost 90% of the blend. The palate is loaded with fresh juicy red berry fruit and an earthy edge of black tea and fynbos. Tinta Barocca completes this classic Swartland blend by adding darker fruit and a fleshy feel. It also provides some structure with gripping tannins, finishing fresher and tighter. A unique and charismatic wine, quite pleasurable in its youth, but worth the wait with further aging.
