On the palate
Striped Horse Lager offers a golden, clear pour with a loosely packed white head. On the nose there is a sweet malty aroma with subtle fruity esters. The mouth shows layered malt character—sweet initially—with notes of roasted caramel and even a faint whisper of chocolate emerging late. There is balanced hop bitterness which tempers the malt sweetness, making for a smooth, textured but easy‐drinking finish.
