Established in 2009 producing a range of quality white and red wines in the beautiful wine region: Wellington South Africa. Cellarmaster James McKenzie started the Snow Mountain brand with handcrafted wines from high-altitude sites then progressed to parcels not necessarily elevated but unique or interesting. And he can't stop tinkering!
Description
Long periods of cold soaking and time spent in new French oak has allowed this wine to develop soft round tannins and maintain its fruit balance. The banker, Fibonacci, is a wine blended from 5 varietals that use this natural perfectly proportioned code. A blend of 55% Cabernet Franc, 21% Merlot, 13% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Petit Verdot and 3% Malbec.
