Description
This Cap Classique sparkler showcases a vibrant green-yellow hue with fine, consistent bubbles. Aromas include fresh green apple and acacia blossom with hints of minerality and roasted almonds. On the palate, it is well-balanced with a creamy mousse that brings an elegant explosion of bubbles, concluding with a long, mineral finish. The wine is celebrated for its refreshing, complex profile, highlighting the purity of the Chardonnay grape.
