Sons of Sugarland Syrah

Beef, Lamb, Game (deer, venison), Poultry

One pick. Single vineyard wine. Stellenbosch granite soils.

Pressed and aged in cement only. No fining.

100% whole bunch fermented, with a total skin maceration time of 11 days.

Halfway between here and nowhere, you’ll turn left into a vineyard that doesn’t look like anything special. Most of the time it isn’t. But sometimes it is.
