Description
This Chardonnay exhibits a light-yellow straw color with lifted aromas of freesia flowers and gardenia, complemented by ripe lemon, orchard fruits, gentle mint, and cut grass notes. On the palate, it offers a restrained, mineral style focused on elegance, featuring white fruit character, oatmeal, and complexity gained from judiciously applied oak.

The wine's vibrant acidity and mineral profile make it a versatile companion to various dishes. It pairs well with roasted chicken, grilled seafood, creamy pasta dishes, and soft cheeses like Brie or Camembert. Its freshness also complements dishes with citrus elements or light herbal sauces.
