Wine lovers are invited to savour five generations of progressive winemaking where proprietor Paul Marais,winemaker Stefan Bruwer and their committed teams today produce elegant, hand-crafted table wines, delectable Campanile brandy and complex fortified wines using modern winemaking equipment but with an old-world approach. The Paul René Chardonnay Brut 2021 is a vibrant and elegant sparkling wine, showcasing a fine mousse and crisp acidity. It offers aromas of citrus fruits, green apple, and subtle brioche notes. On the palate, it presents a refreshing minerality with flavours of lemon zest and a hint of almond, culminating in a clean, dry finish.
