In the spring of 2019, favourable weather conditions caused the vines to wake up from their winter dormancy early and evenly. This was followed by dry and warm conditions in November, which led to healthy growth. As a result, the vines were well-prepared for the 2020 harvest, which began in February.

The wine was aged in a barrel for 16-18 months, with 30% of the barrels being new oak.

The grapes were pressed to extract the juice. The juice was macerated with the grape skins for a long period of time to extract colour and flavour. The juice was transferred to oak barrels for the fermentation process.
