Rating
Palomino
This cultivar is split in to three sub-varietals of which the most famous is Palamino Fino, used predominantly in the production of Sherry chiefly because the resultant wines are too low in acid and sugar, making them unsuited to creation wines of quality without additions. In France this varietal is referred to as Listán and in South Africa as Fransdruif but no matter which of the many synonyms you choose to refer to it as the juice remains fairly consistent, neutral and easily oxidised. Perfect for enhancement as a dry sherry. Browse our Palomino wine selection online and order the right wine for you.
