Black Pack Syrah

Beef, Lamb, Poultry, Game (deer, venison)

The grapes for this Syrah were sourced from vineyards in the Walker Bay region, a beautiful block of Syrah North-West facing planted in calcrete soils and are unirrigated.

The wine spent 11 months in French, American, and Hungarian oak barrels 20% of which were new.
