Palate: Vibrant flavours of fresh pomegranate mixed with raspberries and red apples, gives a refreshing first impression on the palate! The fresh, crisp wine shows nuances of spice indicating it’s a serious, complex rosé. Integrated soft structure with a lingering minerality that leads to a long, memorable finish. The mouthfeel will further evolve during bottle ageing to an even rounder, more complex rosé made from 100% Merlot grapes.
