Neethlingshof Estate
Neethlingshof Estate has a long and rich tradition of wine making in Stellenbosch, the second oldest and most premier wine producing area of South Africa. The Estate occupies an incredibly privileged site with ideal natural conditions, soils, slopes, altitudes and climate to produce a variety of great wines. All the grapes for the Neethlingshof wines are grown on the estate and all the wine is made, matured and bottled in the cellars of the estate.
Description
Clear, luminous with green hues, this blend reveals a floral‑citrus bouquet featuring jasmine, white peach, unripe pear, yellow apple, lavender, and brioche. The palate is broad and well‑textured, offering flavours of white peach, asparagus, orange marmalade, vanilla, and a hint of char from partial oak. It finishes long and complex.
Food Pairing
Excellent with sushi and seafood, vegetable or pumpkin risotto, paella, creamy chicken pasta, mild curries, grilled peach and goat‑cheese salad, asparagus dishes, and pecorino.
