Six Flowers White Blend

Excellent with sushi and seafood, vegetable or pumpkin risotto, paella, creamy chicken pasta, mild curries, grilled peach and goat‑cheese salad, asparagus dishes, and pecorino.

Crafted from six cultivars—Chenin blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Viognier, Gewürztraminer, and Weisser Riesling—grown across vineyard blocks planted between 1997 and 2008 in Stellenbosch’s Tukulu, Oakleaf, shale, and granite soils on 100–180 m elevation slopes. The blend pays homage to the manor’s “six flowers” gable design.

Approximately eight months on oak (300–500 L French wooden barrels), imparting texture and subtle char—no indication of stainless-steel lees ageing beyond primary fermentation.

Grapes fermented separately at reduced temperatures (~14 °C). After initial stainless‑steel fermentation for Chardonnay, Chenin, and Sauvignon Blanc, the wines spend ~3 months maturation in French oak barrels (300–500 L) before blending and bottling.

Neethlingshof Estate has a long and rich tradition of wine making in Stellenbosch, the second oldest and most premier wine producing area of South Africa. The Estate occupies an incredibly privileged site with ideal natural conditions, soils, slopes, altitudes and climate to produce a variety of great wines. All the grapes for the Neethlingshof wines are grown on the estate and all the wine is made, matured and bottled in the cellars of the estate.
