Appearance: This wine is deep ruby in color with a beautiful burgundy rim. Nose: The complexity of this wines' aroma profile is a transfixing sensation. Primarily black fruit such as black cherry and plums on the nose followed by raspberry, French oak and white pepper spice. The bouquet of this wine develops beautifully with decanting and swirling in the glass. Palate: This is a delicate, yet full bodied wine with ripe, fruity tannins that accompany the fruit and secondary flavours gracefully. Blackberry and blackcurrant are the primary fruit flavours you will experience. As the tannins softly grips the palate, soft white pepper and oak flavours develop and accompany the solid acidity right through to the long and lingering finish.
