Our vineyards are our history, our uniqueness, our passion. Our wines are born in our Finca Ygay, a 300-hectare vineyard, located in the south of Rioja Alta, which surrounds our winery, allowing us to exhaustively control the quality of our wines from the moment they are born. Our team, led by María Vargas, with the help of a privileged climate, boundless care of the vineyard and resolute respect for the environment, achieves wines with enormous personality.
Description
This wine presents a complex nose with aromas of strawberry, cherry, and red plum, complemented by black pepper and Mediterranean herbs. These fruit and spice notes are interwoven with subtle hints of oak from its time in American barrels. On the palate, it offers a vibrant yet savory character, with silky tannins that add structure while maintaining elegance and balance.
