Description
“Les Bécasses” is a lovely synthesis of the Côte-Rôtie appellation. The wine possesses a freshness and a light, floral character unique to the appellation. Colour: deep purplish red. Nose: raspberries, a hint of violets, predominantly spicy with rosemary, black olive and tapenade notes, characteristic of the Côte-Rôtie appellation. Palate: ample and deep, woody, spicy and vanilla final.

With its spicy and smoky aromas, Côte-Rôtie is easy to match with meat dishes in red wine sauces, lamb, game and soft cheeses.
