Crozes-Hermitage Les Meysonniers Blanc

Pairs well with all meats and poultry, cooked pork meats and all cheeses.

Gently sloping south facing hillsides. The soil is composed of Isère river sedimentary soils and large, round pebbles. 20- to 40-year-old vines are used to produce this Crozes-Hermitage “Les Meysonniers” white wine.

Ageing lasts for 7 to 8 months in tank. 100% of which takes place in stainless steel in order to preserve the aromatic quality, derived from the Crozes-Hermitage sedimentary soils, within the aromatic expression of Marsanne.

The entire harvest is pressed directly, followed by cold settling for 48 hours. Fermentation takes place in 600 litre casks with natural yeasts.
