Alluvial Terroir in the south of the CrozesHermitage appellation, shaped by the terraces of the Rhône and Isère rivers. Villages of Mercurol, Pont de l’Isère and Beaumont Monteux. Hand and mechanical harvesting, taking care to respect the integrity of the berries.

Aged in unlined concrete vats (90%) and 10% in barrels for approximately 12 months.

Vinification in concrete vats after destemming. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts and moderate use of sulfur. Maceration for 3 to 4 weeks.
