Louisvale is a Stellenbosch producer in Devon Valley and one of South Africa’s early Chardonnay specialists. With east-facing vineyards, decomposed granite soils and a long-standing focus on Chardonnay, the estate produces wines shaped by slower ripening, careful block selection and a clear varietal identity.
