The varietals were fermented and aged for 12 months separately, thereafter blended and put back into the barrels for a further 3 months.

Grapes were hand-picked with stringent berry selection before fermentation and barrel maturation.

Louisvale is a Stellenbosch producer in Devon Valley and one of South Africa’s early Chardonnay specialists.
