The grapes for this quality wine were carefully selected from blocks spread across Louisvale. After hand picking and carefully pressing, the wine was 100% barrel fermented and spent 8 to 10 months in oak.

Louisvale is a Stellenbosch producer in Devon Valley and one of South Africa’s early Chardonnay specialists. With east-facing vineyards, decomposed granite soils and a long-standing focus on Chardonnay, the estate produces wines shaped by slower ripening, careful block selection and a clear varietal identity.
