Le Fay d'Homme
The estate Le Fay d'Homme is a family estate located in Monnières near Nantes in the Loire Valley. As a whole, the field is conducted in Organic and Biodynamic Agriculture, certified by Ecocert and Demeter. In Monnières and the surrounding communities, the work of Vincent Caillé and the whole team is to make people express themselves the three great terroirs of the estate Le Fay d'Homme. A wide range of Muscadet terroirs and livestock is complemented by a Gros-Plant, two ancestral methods and some red grape varieties in single grape variety or blend.
Description
Beautiful yellow-green color. Young and fruity Muscadet which develops aromas of citrus fruit, well-structured, good minerality.
Food Pairing
The Muscadet Sèvre et Maine sur lie will pair well with seafood as well as fresh water fish and sea fish. It can also be poured for aperitif.
