Extra Dosage

Pair with sweet and sour Asian dishes or with fruity desserts.

Alcoholic fermentation is with Lallier’s home made yeasts sourced from Chardonnay grapes from the Loridon parcel in the Aÿ Grand Cru. Only some vats will undergo full malolactic fermentation. Dosage is 18g/l.

Since 1906 Lallier is a craft manufacture of prestigious crus de Champagne. Our Blanc de Blancs is synonymous with exception. Exceptionally elegant because 100% of its grapes coming from the noble grape chardonnay and from Grands Crus vineyards only. Exceptionally rich because 60% comes from Ay a terroir usually dominated by pinot noir and the 40% remaining comes from renown plots of the Cote des Blancs (inAvize Cramant and Oger). Also exceptional thanks to its recognition by wine insiders.
