La Grange Des Peres
Domaine de la Grange des Pères is a family estate created from scratch in 1989 in the Herault region, near Montpellier. Since its creation, the Domaine gained cult status (very limited production of highly sought-after wines). Laurent Vaillé has achieved in the Languedoc what others thought impossible. It took dynamite and bulldozing to clear the 10 Hectares of land in Aniane (Hérault) to find a great terroir for his cuttings - Syrah, Marsanne, and Roussanne from Chave, Mourvèdre from Tempier and Cabernet Sauvignon from Trévallon.
Description
The 2018 vintage offers notes of dark fruits such as blackberries, black cherries and plums, along with notes of spices, herbs and a hint of earthy minerality.
