It is at this time that then Governor of the Dutch Cape Colony, Simon van der Stel, established the town of Stellenbosch. Van der Stel is widely acknowledged for his role in the development of the South African wine industry. Description
This medium bodied Sangiovese offers pleasant aromas with a touch of spiciness. On the palate it displays a combination of vibrant strawberry, blackcurrant and cherry. The beautiful tannin structure rounds off this lovely wine.
