Cabernet Sauvignon

This is a fine boned, elegant vintage that shows a balance between finesse and gravitas. Cinnamon and violets lead on the nose alongside mulberry and orange rind, while the palate marries vibrant fruit - black cherry, plum, redcurrant - with the sweet spice from cloves and nutmeg. Moss, pine needles, crushed rocks and tobacco aromas emerge in the glass over time while sumptuous Christmas cake and blueberry flavours define the palate. Dry, fine-grained tannins support a finish that is long and stony.
