One of the "700" numbered cuvées, recognized for their finesse, purity and incredible aging potential. Resulting from a blend of 43% Chardonnay, 30% Meunier and 27% Pinot Noir, it offers citrus and brioche notes on the nose. Its bubble is of great finesse, and air. The mouth is very elegant, on white fruits, with a slightly woody and mineral touch. A fine, complex and tense champagne profile.

Jacquesson

Jacquesson was founded in 1798 by Memmie Jacquesson and today stakes a claim as the oldest independent Champagne house. Early vintages were very successful and the house quickly established a good reputation and the wines are said to have found favour even with Napoleon.
