The grapes for this wine are sourced from vineyards situated at approximately 420 meters above sea level in the Elgin Highlands. The region's altitude, proximity to the cold Atlantic Ocean, cool sea breezes, and complex soils contribute to a unique terroir. These conditions allow for slow, even ripening, resulting in grapes with balanced acidity and flavor concentration.
