At inevitable Wines, we hand-select grapes from some of South Africa’s finest vineyards, guided by an unwavering belief that only the most exceptional barrels merit bottling. Each wine is a testament to our philosophy of quality above quantity. The name ‘inevitable’ is both a play on my own name and a reflection of the character captured in every handcrafted bottle. With minimal intervention, we allow each wine the freedom to reveal its own distinctive and captivating voice.
Description
Fragrant and layered, the wine opens with a fruit-punch brightness and subtle exotic lift. The palate reflects ripe peach and generous stone-fruit tones with a light tropical nuance. Gentle vanilla adds richness while a fine mineral thread carries a poised, vibrant finish.
Food Pairing
Ideal with grilled prawns, seared scallops, chicken supreme with lemon butter, or soft-rind cheeses such as Brie. The ripe stone-fruit and gentle vanilla tones flatter delicate seafood, while the mineral line refreshes the palate.
