At inevitable Wines, we hand-select grapes from some of South Africa’s finest vineyards, guided by an unwavering belief that only the most exceptional barrels merit bottling. Each wine is a testament to our philosophy of quality above quantity. The name ‘inevitable’ is both a play on my own name and a reflection of the character captured in every handcrafted bottle. With minimal intervention, we allow each wine the freedom to reveal its own distinctive and captivating voice.
Description
Nose: A harmonious blend of ripe peach and fresh green apple notes. The inviting aroma is vibrant and fruity, with the peach perfectly balanced by the crisp, tart essence of green apple. Palate: Bright aromas of ripe peach and crisp apple intertwine with a refreshing minerality. The peach and apple flavours are complemented by a subtle, stony minerality that adds depth and complexity.
