At inevitable Wines, we hand-select grapes from some of South Africa’s finest vineyards, guided by an unwavering belief that only the most exceptional barrels merit bottling. Each wine is a testament to our philosophy of quality above quantity. The name ‘inevitable’ is both a play on my own name and a reflection of the character captured in every handcrafted bottle. With minimal intervention, we allow each wine the freedom to reveal its own distinctive and captivating voice.
Description
An elegant nose of crisp green-apple leads to a layered expression of apple from tart to mellow, woven with bright yellow-plum. A lively green verve energises the mineral-accented frame.
Food Pairing
Pair with grilled line fish, chicken paillard, simple pasta with olive oil and herbs, or young pecorino; the citrus-green profile and modest alcohol make it versatile at table.
